The future Swami Vivekananda was born on Monday, January 12, 1863.
Accoding to 'The life of Swami Vivekananda by his eastern and western disciples' the time of his birth is 33 minutes and 33 seconds after six, a few minutes before sunrise. At the time of his birth, the constellation Sagittarius was rising in the east, the moon was in Virgo,  Jupiter was in the eleventh house, and Saturn was in the tenth from that of his birth. It was the seventh day of the new moon (Krishna Saptami) and, the last day of the ninth Bengali month Poush, known as Makara Sankranti day-a  Hindu festival.
At the time of his birth, men and women were already outside and around his house, heading to, and at the nearby river - observing the thanksgiving/river festival day with prayers, songs and worship.

It is possible that the seconds in his time of birth is a rough estimate, as it is unlikely that they had clocks with a seconds hand in 1863 to determine the time with that kind of precision.
